Welcome to SoulScape. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you order.

1. Agreement

By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the site. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a legally binding contract where you live in order to buy from us. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

We sell clothing, accessories and related items. We may add, change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look different from screen to screen, and small variations between items are normal. If a listing contains an error, we may cancel or refuse the order and refund you in full.

4. Sizing and fit

Sizes are given as a guide. Check the size guide on each product page. Fit varies between styles, and a size that fits one piece may not fit another.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a delivery address we cannot ship to. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase through the methods offered at checkout. We use secure payment providers.

Any duties or import taxes charged when an international parcel arrives are separate from the price you pay us and are your responsibility.

7. Shipping

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Full detail is in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, not to attempt to damage, overload or disrupt it, and not to try to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to another user's account.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to SoulScape or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our written permission.

12. Links to other sites

The site may link to third party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, SoulScape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

15. Governing law
